Mendy and the Vocational Education Project at the Don Bosco Institute in collaboration with Wamda Amal Community Association in Cairo.

Twenty youth prople between the ages of 18 and 24 will receive vocational training that will provide them with job opportunities and have been selected by Wamda Amal according to agreed criteria.

This will be preceded by specialised psychological rehabilitation to reduce the trauma of war, displacement and refugees.

Mendy’s future idea is to contribute to the re-establishment of vocational education.

The Vienna-based organisation Mendy for Peace Culture and Diversity Management thanks the Austrian Don Bosco Institute for supporting this project.
